Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", or "you") and dew234 ("dew234", "the Platform", "we", or "us"), the operator of the online betting and casino services accessible at dew234.cam. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means a registered member profile on the dew234 platform, through which the Member accesses betting, casino, and other gaming services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts separately tracked.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed by a Member on a sporting event outcome, casino game result, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, or any other gaming product offered on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any non-cash credit awarded to a Member under a promotional offer, subject to separate wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process conducted by dew234 to confirm a Member's identity, age, and residency in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) standards.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, including but not limited to the United States of America, the United Kingdom, France, and any jurisdiction listed on the platform's restricted-country notice.
• "Real Money" means actual currency deposited by a Member into their Account and held in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Services" means the full suite of online sports betting, live casino, slot gaming, togel, and any other gaming products offered by dew234 from time to time.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal as Real Money.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the dew234 platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must not be located in, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, court order, or regulatory directive that restricts your access to online gambling services.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, shareholder, or immediate family member of dew234 or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or payment processors.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold exactly one (1) Account on the dew234 platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your legal full name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid email address, and preferred payment method.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notify dew234 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• Submit to the KYC verification process within the timeframe specified by dew234 upon request, including uploading a valid government-issued identification document (National Identity Card / KTP, Passport, or Driving Licence) and proof of payment method ownership.

dew234 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an Account, or request additional verification documentation at its sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dew234 platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). dew234 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment channel and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time during standard banking hours. Processing times for e-wallet channels (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically instantaneous, 24 hours a day.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes on average during standard banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB).
• All withdrawals must be made to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the dew234 Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• dew234 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being declined.
• dew234 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own processing fees, for which dew234 accepts no liability.
• Funds deposited on the platform may only be used for placing wagers on the Services. Using the platform as a payment processor, money transfer service, or currency exchange facility is strictly prohibited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

dew234 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day, and major football tournaments including the FIFA World Cup and AFF Cup.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotional offer will specify its own wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games, validity period, and maximum withdrawal limit derived from bonus winnings. These specific conditions take precedence over the general conditions in this clause.
• Bonus Funds are tracked separately from Real Money deposits. Real Money is wagered first; Bonus Funds are applied only after the Real Money balance has been exhausted during a gaming session.
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 10x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the offer.
• Bets placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to roulette, baccarat, and certain low-margin sports markets — may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) toward satisfying a wagering requirement. The applicable contribution rates are specified in each promotion's dedicated terms page.
• dew234 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Members who have already accepted a promotional offer will be given reasonable notice of any changes that materially affect their ability to complete the associated wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate promotional offers — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds, cancellation of pending withdrawals derived from those funds, and potential permanent suspension of the Account.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a wager on the dew234 platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following rules governing the settlement and integrity of all bets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. dew234 does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been successfully placed and accepted by the system, except as provided under specific sporting-event void rules.
• In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours from its original scheduled start time, or declared void by the governing sports body, all affected bets will be settled as void and stakes returned to the Member's Account balance.
• dew234 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price (palpable error). In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Member in full, without interest.
• Live in-play betting odds are updated in real time. dew234 accepts no responsibility for connectivity interruptions that may prevent a Member from placing or modifying a live bet. It is the Member's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and numbers-based draw games, official draw results as published by the relevant draw authority constitute the final and binding settlement basis. dew234 does not manipulate or influence draw outcomes.
• For mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, if one leg of the parlay is voided, the remaining legs shall stand and be settled as an accumulator with one fewer selection at adjusted odds.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per day may apply and are published in the relevant sport or game section of the platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dew234 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the KYC process.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner that circumvents normal human user behaviour.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotional offers, or engage in match-fixing, chip-dumping, or any other form of betting fraud.
• Attempting to launder money or process illegally obtained funds through the platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive conduct toward dew234 staff, live dealers, or other Members.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software, data feeds, or security systems.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the dew234 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, text, graphics, images, software, game interfaces, audio, video, and the overall platform design — is the exclusive property of dew234 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of dew234.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dew234, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform or the Services.

dew234's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposited by you into your Account during the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dew234 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10 Responsible Gaming

dew234 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing our Members with the tools they need to maintain full control over their gaming activity. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic.

Members may access the following responsible gaming tools at any time through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts and optional forced logout when a pre-set session duration is reached.
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic on-screen reminders displaying your net win/loss position for the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period of between 30 days and 5 years, or permanently.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break of 24, 48, or 72 hours during which your Account is temporarily suspended.

11 Suspension & Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the Member's Account at any time. Members wishing to close their Account should contact support at the email address listed in Clause 14 of this Agreement. Upon account closure, any Real Money balance (net of pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member via their registered withdrawal method within ten (10) business days.

dew234 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• The Member is found to have breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The Member has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• dew234 suspects the Account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.
• dew234 is required to do so by applicable law, a court order, or a directive from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• The Member is found to be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

In the event of termination for cause, dew234 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance pending the outcome of any internal investigation or legal proceedings.

12 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dew234 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause limits dew234's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any actual or threatened breach of this Agreement.

13 Amendments

dew234 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address on record at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the dew234 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
